Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Min. 3 years of experience in HSSE roles within the mining or oil & gas industry.
Certified in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE), Basic First Aid Training (Active), Fire Fighting Training (Active), and HUET & Sea Survival Training (Active).
Willing to be placed in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Coordinate and implement HSSE programs in alignment with company policies, procedures, and project-specific requirements.
Ensure compliance with national regulations and international HSSE standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3, etc.).
Conduct and oversee risk assessments (HIRA, HAZID, JRA, JSA) and ensure all preventive actions are implemented effectively.
Perform regular site inspections, safety patrols, and audits to identify unsafe acts or conditions and recommend corrective actions.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, prepare detailed reports, and track the implementation of corrective actions.
Coordinate and monitor fire safety, first aid, and emergency preparedness programs at the project site.
Maintain up-to-date HSSE documentation, including permits, certificates, and records of inspections, drills, and training.
Support and conduct HSSE training sessions for employees and contractors to raise safety awareness and competency.
Report HSSE performance to management and clients through monthly and project-based reporting systems.
Foster a strong safety culture by promoting active employee participation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSSE regulations, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
Familiar with risk assessment methods (HIRA, HAZIDS, JRA, JSA) and incident investigation techniques.
