Kualifikasi:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Public Health/Environmental/Technical or equivalent.
- Having working experience min. 8 years in construction, installation and commissioning for onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities.
- Certified in Occupational Health Expert (AK3 Umum).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Review HSSE documents and procedures.
- Develop an HSSE supervision management system.
- Developing HSE methodologies and procedures in units : HAZID (Hazard Identification) study : HAZOP 9 Hazard & Operability study : Job Hazard Analysis OHA) : Risk Assessment.
- Conducting QRA (Quantitative Risk Assessment) and project audits based on industry and international standards.
- Implementing HSSE standards based on industry and international standards.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Competent in HSE Management System, Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Incident Investigation Methodologies (TapRoot 5 Why), Risk Assessment Techniques (HAZID, HAZOP & JSA), Conduct HSE Training, ISO 9001 : 2015, OHSAS 18001.
- Good understanding of government regulations related to K3.
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
- Have good inter-personal, communication skill and can work as team and independently.
