Kualifikasi:

Male.
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or Occupational Health and Safety.
Must possess a General Occupational Health and Safety (K3 Umum) certification.
Holds a valid A-class driving license (SIM A) and is able to drive a car.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develops, implements, and supervises Occupational Health and Safety (HSE) programs in compliance with applicable regulations.
Support operational activities at the Plant Cikande.
Conducts Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRARC/JSA).
Develops and controls HSE Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including LOTO, confined space entry, chemical handling, ergonomics, and others.
Ensures the company meets all environmental permit requirements (UPL/UKL, hazardous waste/B3 permits, WWTP/IPAL, emissions).
Manages P2K3, Security, Laundry.
Involved in the administration and management of detailed RKL & RPL reports.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Good understanding of health, safety, environmental, and workplace security practices.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Risk assessment & hazard identification.
HSSE documentation & compliance.
