Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Engineering, or related fields such as Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Law.
> 3 years of work experience in OHS, particularly in the automotive or manufacturing experience
in industry, managing with OHS management systems, conducting OHS audits, and handling OHS incidents.
Must possess professional OHS certifications such as OHSAS 18001 & ISO 45001.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Develop and implement HSSE policies and environmental management programs, ensuring compliance with company regulations and legal requirements.
Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and implement appropriate control measures (PPE, safe work procedures, engineering controls) to ensure workplace safety.
Regularly conduct training sessions to enhance employees' knowledge and awareness of the importance of HSSE.
Monitor company regulatory (e.g NIB, SLF, PBG, etc), ensure all activity compliance with applicable regulation standards.
Carry out thorough investigations of every incident that occurs, implement effective corrective actions to address the root causes of the incident.
Safeguard company facilities, assets, and personel, while monitoring security compliance and regulations within the Security area.
Prepare reports that provide a comprehensive overview of HSSE performance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Knowledge of environmental management systems, including ISO 14001 & Regulations on hazardous waste management.
Familiar with Company Permit, Regulatory & its system (NIB, OSS, KKPR, SIPA, PBG, SLO, SIO, SLF etc).
Good knowledge of business processes in the manufacturing industry.
