Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Occupational Health & Safety.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Scaffold Inspector / Scaffolding Safety / Scaffold HSSE in EPC, oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial construction projects.
Valid Scaffold Inspector certification (CISRS, OSHA, Depnaker RI Scaffolding Inspector, or equivalent).
Medically fit to work at height and on construction sites.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Conduct routine and special inspections of all scaffolding structures at site.
Ensure scaffolds comply with approved design, standards, and HSSE requirements.
Tag scaffolds (green/yellow/red) and maintain inspection records.
Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Coordinate with construction, scaffolding contractors, and HSSE teams.
Support toolbox talks and work-at-height safety briefings.
Stop unsafe scaffolding activities when necessary.
Maintain scaffolding inspection logs and reports for audit purposes.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Strong knowledge of HSSE requirements, scaffolding standards, and safe work practices.
Familiar with international standards such as BS 5973, BS EN 12811, OSHA, ISO, and project HSSE requirements.
Good command of English for reporting and coordination.
Inspection and verification of scaffolding structures (tube & fitting, system scaffolds).
Identification of scaffolding hazards and unsafe conditions.
Understanding of Permit to Work (PTW) and work-at-height controls.
Reading and understanding scaffolding drawings and load classifications.
HSSE inspection reporting and documentation.
Communication and enforcement of safety requirements on site.
