Kualifikasi:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Safety, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline). A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in HSSE/HSE roles within the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial or project leadership role.
- Proven experience managing HSSE during EPC, construction, commissioning, and start-up phases.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, AK3 Umum, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent (mandatory).
- Experience working with international clients, contractors, and regulators.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all HSSE aspects of the Oil & Gas project.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSSE Management System in line with client and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and client HSSE policies.
- Oversee HSSE risk assessments, method statements, and Permit to Work systems.
- Manage HSSE performance, KPIs, and regular reporting to project management and clients.
- Lead incident investigations and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate emergency response planning and drills.
- Promote strong HSSE leadership and safety culture across the project.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of international HSSE standards and Oil & Gas best practices.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- HSSE leadership and team management at project level.
- Development and implementation of Project HSSE Management Plans.
- Risk management and hazard identification (HAZID, HIRA, JSA, PTW systems).
- Contractor HSSE management and interface control.
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- HSSE auditing, inspection, and compliance monitoring.
- Emergency preparedness and crisis management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
