Kualifikasi:

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Public Health (with a specialization in Occupational Safety and Health/Environmental Health) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering.
Possession of a General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) certification.
Contract system through a third party.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

This is a full-time on-site role for a HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) Staff located in the Jakarta and Bekasi. The HSSE Staff will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols, conducting safety audits and inspections, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Daily tasks include developing safety training programs, reporting incidents, managing emergency response plans, and collaborating with other departments to promote a safe working environment.
HSSE Program Implementation: Implementing occupational safety, occupational health, physical security of facilities, and environmental management programs; Socializing K3 procedures to new workers, contractors, and third parties.
Operational Inspection and Monitoring: Conducting routine inspections of Safety Equipment (APAR, hydrant, gas detector, SCBA), Critical infrastructure (gas pipes, storage tanks, filling stations, cryogenic pumps); Supervising high-risk activities: hot work, working at height, lifting, confined space.
Incident Reporting and Investigation: Reporting and assisting in the investigation of safety incidents, minor fires, gas leaks, or near misses; Compiling incident reports (Initial Report, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action Plan).
Emergency Preparedness: Assisting in the preparation and implementation of the Emergency Response Plan (ERP); Being part of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) on site; Participating in and supporting the implementation of evacuation drills, fire drills, gas leak drills routinely.
Environmental Management: Ensure waste management (used oil, used chemicals) according to environmental standards; Report water, air quality monitoring data, and potential pollution according to UKL/UPL or AMDAL.
Security Supervision: Support security programs for vehicle entry/exit check areas, personnel access control, perimeter patrols, and facility security audits.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Knowledge and experience in Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) management.
Understanding of HSSE implementation in the Oil and Gas industry (experience is a plus).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to conduct safety inspections and audits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work quickly under pressure and tight deadlines.
Proficient in using Microsoft products.
