Kualifikasi:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSSE Supervisor or equivalent position.
- Experience in EPC, EPCC, Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, or Industrial Construction Projects is highly preferred.
- Valid AK3 Umum (Kemnaker) or AK3 Migas Supervisor Certificate is mandatory.
- Willing to work at Project Site – Teluk Bintuni, West Papua.
- Willing to work on a 10 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Leave roster schedule.
- Placement: Teluk Bintuni, West Papua.
- Employment Type: Project-Based (Contract).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all HSSE policies, procedures, and safety standards are effectively implemented across the project site.
- Monitor compliance with Indonesian regulations and international standards (e.g. ISO 45001 & ISO 14001).
- Conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRAC/JSA).
- Monitor unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Lead incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and preventive action implementation.
- Coordinate with project management, contractors, clients, and regulatory authorities regarding HSSE matters.
- Prepare regular HSSE reports and provide recommendations to project management.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and international safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Communication with English is mandatory, as daily communication will involve expatriate personnel.
