Information:
• Candidates must be willing to work at Jakarta Office, Kuala Lumpur Office and a shipyard in China and later at the operations site in Indonesia.
• The planning to assignment will be in 1st week of November 2025 up to May 2027 and high possibility to extend to Operation and Maintenance Period (7 + 7 + 4) years.
Minimum 5 years proven track record in HSSEQ leadership within offshore oil & gas operations, preferably in FPSO or FLNG environments.
Preferably with NEBOSH (The National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) qualification or similar OSH qualification (IOSH, Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, or BCSP, Board of Certified Safety Professionals).
Indonesian certifications such as Ahli K3 Umum (General Safety Expert) or Ahli K3 Migas (Oil & Gas Safety Expert) certified by BNSP (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi).
Proven experience in the formulation and development of safety-related documents within a Safety Management System (SMS) framework.
Proven experience in CSO, DPA roles, Quality Auditing (Lead Auditor level), incident investigation, and emergency response management.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Develop, implement, and oversee the Corporate HSSEQ Management System for the FLNG project during the Pre-Operation and Operation Stages.
Ensure compliance with international standards, Indonesian regulations, and client HSSEQ requirements.
Lead and coordinate HSSEQ audits, inspections, certifications, and regulatory engagements (SKK Migas, MIGAS, KLHK, IMO, etc.).
Provide HSSEQ expertise and guidance during design review, commissioning, and pre-operation readiness of the FLNG unit.
Oversee risk management activities, including HAZID, HAZOP, SIMOPS, and risk registers.
Lead the development and execution of Emergency Response Plans, Crisis Management Plans, and Oil Spill Contingency Plans.
Support training, drills, and HSSEQ awareness programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
Act as the primary focal point for HSSEQ matters with clients, contractors, and government authorities.
Establish and monitor HSSEQ KPIs to ensure performance meets or exceeds international standards.
Drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset across all project activities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Strong maritime or offshore operational background with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of international safety and environmental legislation, standards, and best practices. Must be well versed with Indonesian regulatory requirements.
Managed all aspects of environmental compliance, including waste management, emissions monitoring, and reporting to relevant government bodies.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
