Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years experience, including 5 years experience in the same position.
- Certified PII Madya or equivalent (e.g. BNSP Level-8).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Integrate process safety principles throughout all engineering design stages (FEED, EPC, commissioning).
- Lead HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, and What-If studies across design and operational assets.
- Review P&IDs, cause & effect charts, design specifications, and verify compliance with process safety standards.
- Analyze lessons learned from incidents and near-misses and implement preventive design measures.
- Define, monitor, and report leading and lagging indicators of process safety performance.
- Ensure alignment with client and regulatory authority process safety expectations (e.g., BPMIGAS, SKK Migas, ADNOC, etc).
- Support verification of fire and gas detection systems, ESD systems, venting systems, and relief valves.
- Participate in internal and external audits, including preparing gap closure plans and process safety roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership to junior engineers and cross-discipline safety teams.
- Champion continuous improvement and develop process safety awareness programs across the organization.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Proficient in API, ANSI, ISA, ASME, NACE, NFPA codes, HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA review and process safety.
- Proficient in HYSYS, PIPESIM, PHAST, FLARESIM, PROMAX, FLARENET, OLGA application.
- Good computer literacy.
