Kualifikasi:

Looking for experienced Lifting Supervisor (5+ yrs) in construction/industrial projects.
Must hold BNSP or Advanced Rigging cert.
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
Immediate join preferred.
Data Center Cikarang (Indonesian only).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop and review lifting plans & procedures Supervise all lifting operations to ensure safety compliance Conduct risk assessments (JSA/HIRADC) for lifting activities Ensure all lifting equipment & tools are certified and properly inspected Lead toolbox meetings and safety briefings Investigate lifting-related incidents and implement corrective actions

Harus punya keterampilan:

Hard Skills: Strong in lifting plan & safety. Load calculation & crane operations safety. Risk assessment & safety compliance.
Soft Skills: Leadership & team coordination. Communication & decision making. Attention to detail & safety awareness.
