Kualifikasi:

When applying, please include: -A brief overview of your current or most recent project. -The largest or most complex project you’ve handled to date (Deepwater projects experience is a plus).
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in: Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Process, or Marine), Environmental Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum 10–15 years of HSSE experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role supporting: Offshore / Deepwater Oil & Gas projects, EPC / EPCIC / Subsea / FPSO projects.
Mandatory certifications: NEBOSH IGC or equivalent, ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Implementer or Auditor.
Proven experience working as a Third Party Contractor interfacing with major Oil & Gas operators.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead and manage Project HSSE strategy for deepwater Oil & Gas projects.
Ensure full compliance with: Client HSSE requirements, International regulations and best practices.
Act as the primary HSSE interface between: Oil & Gas client, EPC contractors, Subcontractors and vendors.
Oversee HSSE teams across offshore and onshore project locations.
Approve HSSE documentation including: HSSE Plans, Risk Assessments, Method Statements.
Lead HSSE audits, inspections, and management reviews.
Drive continuous improvement and HSSE culture excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Development and implementation of Project HSSE Management Plans.
Strong expertise in: Offshore & deepwater HSSE risk management, SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations), Marine, subsea, and lifting operations.
Leadership in: HSSE audits and compliance assessments, Incident investigation and root cause analysis.
HSSE performance monitoring: TRIR, LTIF, Near Miss, HIPO tracking, Emergency response planning and crisis management.
Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
High level of authority in enforcing HSSE rules and Stop Work Authority.
Excellent stakeholder management with clients, contractors, and regulators.
Ability to work under high-pressure, high-risk environments.
Strategic mindset with strong safety culture leadership.
