Kualifikasi:

Male with Maximum 45 Years
Minimum undergraduate education from K3 / Medicine major
Experienced As Safety Superintendent / Department Head At Least 3 Years as Chief ERT / Company Doctor in the Mining / Oil & Gas Company
Have certification in Industrial Hygiene (IH)
Have certification in AK3 General/ K3 Mining
Have certification in POP & SMKP
Have certification in Hiperkes
Have certification in BTCLS / ATCLS

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Draw up weekly and monthly work plans
Monitor and review all functions of Occupational health, work environment and potential emergencies
Ensuring the implementation of occupational health management programs, work environment and emergency control
Establish communication and coordination with stakeholders related to issues and programs for handling and preventing emergencies both internally and externally
Implement and support the implementation of the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP)
Carry out and provide training to all employees related to K3LH, good mining practice operation, soft skills and rescue based on their competencies
Establish, lead and control the Emergency Response Team related to the prevention & handling of emergencies (People, Facilities & Infrastructures)
Plan and evaluate the management and standardization system of mining facilities, infrastructure, installations and equipment to support operational feasibility
Implement K3LH / SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) policies and programs including performing environmental supervision and control functions with the principle of 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle)

Harus punya keterampilan:

Emergency Response Competence : Water Rescue, High Angle Rescue, Confined Space Rescue, First Aid Rescue, Motor Vehicle ACC Rescue, Fire Fighting, Jungle Rescue, Collapse Structure
Have the ability to examine occupational health and occupational accidents (If Doctor)
