Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Medical Services on Site: Provide initial treatment for medical cases/work accidents in the mine. Ensure the readiness of onsite medical facilities (clinic, first aid room, ambulance, evacuation equipment).
Emergency Response Coordination: Lead ERT during incidents: mining vehicle accidents, landslides, fires, explosions, etc. Arrange medical evacuation simulations, fire drills, and periodic rescue scenarios.
Medical Clinic and Logistics Management: Ensure the availability and orderliness of equipment, medicine, and medical record administration. Prepare a recap of visits, types of medical cases, and preventive recommendations.
Employee Training and Education: Provide first aid training, trauma victim assistance, use of AEDs, and occupational health awareness training. Cultivate first aiders in each mining work unit.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare daily, monthly reports, and work accident reports to the HSE Manager and regulators. Maintain medical record data according to confidentiality standards.
Audit and Compliance: Prepare clinics and medical documents for audits from the Department of Manpower, ESDM, and clients. Monitor compliance with P3K standards according to Permenaker No. 15/2008 and ISO 45001.
