Kualifikasi:
- Willing to be placed in District or Site Area.
- Having HTI experience is Plus.
- Preferred Domicile in Kalimantan.
- Have a Paramedic Hyperkes Certification.
- Must Have An Active STR Certificate.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Basic Medical Services: Providing first aid to workers who experience work accidents, injuries, animal bites, and minor health problems; Conducting initial observations of infectious diseases, skin diseases, ARI, or wound infections.
- Medical Evacuation & Referral Coordination: Prepare and implement medical evacuation procedures from the location to the referral health facility; Coordinate with the referral hospital, ambulance, and superiors in the event of a serious work accident or medical emergency.
- Administration & Documentation: Record all daily medical activities in the site clinic log book; Prepare reports on the number of daily visits, types of general complaints, use of drugs and medical devices, occurrence of medical incidents and follow-ups; Assist in preparing reports to the local Health Department if necessary.
- Health Monitoring and Education: Conducting simple socialization and education to workers regarding Prevention of dehydration & work fatigue, Handling minor injuries and personal hygiene, Use of PPE when using pesticides, Healthy lifestyle and nutrition for field work.
- Emergency Response & Simulation: Actively participate in emergency response activities Fire drill, natural disaster evacuation, vehicle accident handling; Train workers or field coordinators for independent first aid and emergency response communication.
- Clinic and Medical Equipment Management: Maintaining the cleanliness, availability, and function of the field clinic (basecamp clinic), essential medicines, light medical equipment (tensiometer, stethoscope, first aid kit, breathing apparatus), medicines for first aid in camp, vehicles, and nursery.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Able to provide first aid & basic care at work sites.
- Able to handle common complaints: minor injuries, pesticide irritation, dehydration, wound infections, and work fatigue.
- Able to prepare and carry out medical evacuation procedures.
- Able to manage medicines, clinic logistics, and medical reporting.
