Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Nursing, Emergency Medical Services, Occupational Health, or another relevant healthcare discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Paramedic, Site Medic, Occupational Health Practitioner, or Emergency Medical Personnel in mining, mining construction, EPC, Oil & Gas, heavy industry, or infrastructure projects.
- Possess a valid Nursing Registration Certificate (STR) and an active Practice License (SIP), where applicable.
- Hold a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS), HIPERKES, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), First Aid Instructor, Basic Fire Fighting, or Advanced First Aid will be an advantage.
- Experienced in providing emergency treatment, conducting medical assessments, managing occupational injuries and illnesses, maintaining medical records, and supporting emergency response teams.
- Physically fit and willing to work on a roster basis at remote Mining Construction Projects in Sulawesi and Kalimantan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate medical treatment and emergency response for occupational injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies at project sites.
- Conduct pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, and fitness-for-duty medical assessments in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Maintain the site clinic, emergency medical equipment, ambulances, medicines, and first aid supplies to ensure operational readiness at all times.
- Support emergency response activities, rescue operations, medical evacuations (MEDEVAC), and coordination with external hospitals and healthcare providers when required.
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, occupational health data, and confidential employee health information.
- Participate in incident investigations by providing medical evaluations, injury analysis, and recommendations for preventive measures.
- Conduct first aid training, health awareness campaigns, emergency response drills, and occupational health education programs for employees and contractors.
- Monitor workplace hygiene, communicable disease prevention, employee wellness, and compliance with occupational health standards.
- Collaborate closely with the HSE team to support health risk assessments, emergency preparedness, project compliance, and overall workforce wellbeing.
- Ensure all medical services comply with Indonesian occupational health regulations, company standards, client requirements, and international best practices for remote mining construction projects.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations, emergency medical response, trauma care, health surveillance, infectious disease prevention, emergency evacuation, and remote site medical operations.
- Familiar with emergency preparedness, medical evacuation procedures (MEDEVAC), incident reporting, fitness-for-work assessments, and collaboration with HSE departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical documentation systems.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
