Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Willing to be based at Pulau Obi - Maluku Utara with roster 10 weeks onsite and 2 weeks offsite.
Provide first aid and basic life support (BLS) for employees involved in workplace accidents or illnesses.
Conduct routine health checks (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, vision, etc.) for employees and contractors.
Support the implementation of Occupational Health and Hygiene programs, including: Heat stress management. Fatigue monitoring. Respiratory health control. Hearing conservation. Ergonomic assessments.
Collaborate with the HSE Department in conducting risk assessments related to occupational health hazards.
Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports on medical cases, clinic activities, and emergency incidents.
Coordinate with local hospitals, clinics, and emergency response units for referral and treatment purposes.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Required Skill(s): First Aid, Medical Procedures, Treatment Medication, Emergency Respons, and Medical Check Up (MCU).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
