Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Process Safety Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry.
Experience in FEED, detailed engineering, and construction/commissioning support.
Professional certifications such as CCPS, TÜV Functional Safety, NEBOSH Process Safety, or equivalent are preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Provide process safety engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead or participate in HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, SIL, and QRA studies.
Prepare and review process safety documentation and engineering deliverables.
Ensure process design complies with Oil & Gas safety standards and best practices.
Support construction, commissioning, and start-up from a process safety perspective.
Interface with engineering disciplines, HSSE teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Support incident investigations related to process safety events.
Contribute to continuous improvement of process safety performance.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) principles.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Familiar with international standards (API, ISO, IEC, NFPA, CCPS).
Process hazard analysis (HAZOP, HAZID, What-If, Bow-Tie).
Risk assessment methodologies (LOPA, QRA – qualitative/quantitative).
Development of process safety deliverables (SIL assessment, F&G philosophy, EERA).
Understanding of process design, P&IDs, relief systems, and loss prevention.
Use of process safety software tools (e.g. PHAST, Safeti, BowTieXP).
Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
Ability to work within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
