Kualifikasi:

Minimum 3 years in the same position.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HSE, or related discipline.
HSE certifications (K3, OHSAS, ISO 45001) are an advantage.
Indonesian citizens are highly preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Manage the Permit to Work system and ensure all high-risk activities comply with safety standards.
Review work plans, risk assessments, and verify readiness before issuing permits.
Conduct site inspections to ensure control measures are implemented properly.
Maintain permit records and communicate daily with HSE and operations teams.
Participate in incident investigations related to PTW violations or unsafe activities.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of PTW procedures and risk management.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand site work methods.
Effective communication and coordination skills with supervisors and contractors.
Good analytical skills to assess work risks and verify control measures.
