Kualifikasi:

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our upcoming project (tender).
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Work experience: minimum 5 years.
Exp in Oil & Gas / Oil & Gas Service.
Certified in process safety-related programs is an advantage. Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead implementation of process safety management across EPC & OM projects.
Supervise hazard studies (HAZOP, LOPA, QRA).
Ensure safety integration in engineering design, procurement, construction, and operations.
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
Mentor and develop junior process safety engineers.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM), HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, QRA, Bowtie Analysis.
Familiar with HYSYS, FLARESIM, PIPESIM, PHAST, or similar software.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
