Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in: Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Process Safety Engineering, preferably in: Offshore / Deepwater Oil & Gas facilities, FPSO, subsea systems, or offshore processing units.
Proven expertise in: Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk-based safety studies.
Strong experience working with Third Party Contractors for major Oil & Gas operators.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Provide Process Safety engineering support for deepwater Oil & Gas projects.
Conduct and lead process safety studies and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with: International process safety standards, Client-specific engineering and safety requirements.
Identify, assess, and mitigate major accident hazards (MAH).
Support design, construction, commissioning, and operations phases.
Participate in audits, safety reviews, and regulatory submissions.
Promote strong process safety culture within project teams and contractor organizations.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Excellent command of English.
Leadership and execution of: HAZID, HAZOP, SIL / LOPA, Bowtie Analysis.
Strong understanding of: Process safety barriers, Loss of Containment (LOC) prevention, Fire & explosion risk assessment.
Development and review of: Process Safety Case, Operating envelopes and safeguards.
Effective communication with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Ability to challenge unsafe designs or operational practices.
