Kualifikasi:

Bachelor degree of Engineering or Technic.
Must have K3 Migas or Professional Occupational Health & Safety (Ahli K3).
Must have 15 years in EPCI for Oil & Gas Project and 5 Years as HSES Manager.
Have minimum HSES trainings e.g. Incident Investigation, HSE Risk Management, Lead Auditor, etc.
National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) qualified is more preferable.
Have experience working Oversea is better.
Able to join immediately.
Domiciled in Indonesia.
Placement : Willing to be placed anywhere.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Audit and carry out work planning, implementation and supervision.
Provide standard regulations in each work procedure.
Become a liaison for company information with HSE at the project location and in the work unit.
Responsible for the smooth implementation of the project from the HSE aspect.
Responsible for work safety and security at the project location and his subordinates such as safety officers, safety supervisors, safety engineers, safety admins, safety men, etc.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Shall be fluent in spoken and written English.
Knowledgeable in ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
HSES trainings e.g. Incident Investigation, HSE Risk Management, Lead Auditor, etc.
Occupational Health & Safety (Ahli K3).
National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH)
