Kualifikasi:
  • Min Occupational Health and Safety Degree or Industrial Engineering or Equivalent.
  • Possess certification in Ahli AK3 MIGAS/AK3 UMUM/AK3 Konstruksi is required.
  • Possess certification in K3 such as Confined Space or Working at Height or Crane Lifting or Scaffolding Inspector is required.
  • Min 5 years relevant experience in Tank Storage Terminal, Petrochemical or Oil & gas Construction or Marine Industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of Supervisory level experiences.
  • Having experience with CSMS Standard Methodology and strategy and experience to prepare HSE audit, inspection, training program and conducted training as Supervisor.
  • Fire safety course, First aider and rescue will be advantage.
  • Project SHEQ Coordinator (12 Months Contract).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Monitor and review to the business line or project business operation with leading the process of implementing SHE program from implement, execute, monitor, and evaluate, the activities and provide corrective action required to achieve good SHE business process compliance with definite performance target.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Possess strong knowledge of SMK3, ISO45001, PROPER, IS014001, and ISM / ISPS standards.
  • Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words and Powerpoint.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant HSE principles especially construction techniques and the ability to recommend safe work practices.
  • Ability to carry out incident investigation and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of environmental related to Constructions stage and Indonesia laws and regulations.
  • Strong experience and knowledge in the construction operations and processes.
