Kualifikasi:

Minimum 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Preferably man.
D3 / S1 Graduate of Chemical / Chemical Engineering / Pharmaceutical / Public Health Engineering majoring in K3 or similar.
Having a K3 certificate is preferred.
Physically and mentally healthy.
Have a SIM A and C.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop work programs and HSE statistics for the Head Office and Branches.
Prepare CSMS, JSA, HIRADC, and HSE Plan documents.
Conducting inspections and monitoring K3L Reports (Weekly & Monthly), and making resumes to be reported periodically to management.
Making routine P2K3 reports.
Provide briefings, training, and consultation related to HSE to all employees, at the Head Office and Branches.
Monitor and coordinate the use of PPE in the branch.
Coordinate and carry out product development activities, troubleshooting products and setting product standards.
Assist in making work procedures & work instructions for each operational work in coordination with management representatives.
Prepare monitoring reports regarding product quality. Implement new product testing protocols, and recommend improvements to products after testing.
Analyze consumer complaints and discrepancies in product & service quality. Look for root causes and resolution actions following company guidelines.
Ensuring that the final product meets customer requirements (new and existing).
Coordinate with managers for the preparation of documents/specifications regarding products.
Troubleshooting products and setting product standards.

Communicative and a team player.
Having a great analytical power.
Able to manage resources well.
Understanding and monitoring ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 documents.
Understanding and monitoring MSDS, CoA & supporting documents of the products used.
Understands the issuance of B3 TPS permits and environmental permits, as well as their reporting (optional).
Provide advice regarding knowledge of product development procedures.
