Kualifikasi:

Department/Project : QHSE DEPARTMENT.
Education : University Graduate from on Technical Major.
Working Experiences : More than 15 years in similar position or similar field.
Working Status : Contract.
Work location : Jakarta.
Proven QHSE professional with min 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Industry or similar.
Good academic background, ideally with bachelor’s degree or BSc/ MSc within QHSE or technical fields.
Experienced in managing and implementing Quality Management Systems.
Expert in Lead Auditor qualification or willingness to progress to Lead Auditor status.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Support the leadership team to develop, manage and monitor the QHSE performance of the company.
To monitor and advise on all QHSE matters, issues and concerns to ensure Company compliance with statutory requirements, Company and contractual requirements and good industry practice.
Responsible for Company’s QHSE processes and procedures to ensure the Company maintains its accreditations.
Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and procedures, identifying and assisting implementing improvements.
Maintain awareness of evolving industry QHSE regulations and best practice and how they could be applied to the Company’s operations.
Create further analysis and reports & offer QHSE consultancy.
Report on Company’s QHSE performance to the leadership team and statutory authorities as/when required.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Capability to travel local or worldwide when necessary.
Capability to promote the Company and associated organisations.
Working knowledge of relevant QHSE standards (ISO 9001, 17020, 17025, 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc) and prevailing legislation.
Strong leadership skills to constantly drive safety and quality improvements.
Must be competent in the use of MS Office or excellent computer skills and experienced in managing large and complex management system databases.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Good Leadership & Communication skills, able to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organizations.
Knowledgeable Health & Safety professional qualification (IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent).
Organizational skills required for the coordination of Inspection activities for multiple projects at once and ability to work across diverse and ever-changing functions and operating effectively within matrix reporting lines to support the achievement of key performance indicators and goals.
