Kualifikasi:
- Only applicable for Indonesian nationals.
- Minimum of 10 (ten) years safety management experience in the field of oll and gas with a thorough knowledge of all aspects of Quality, Health environmental and safety management systems.
- Experienced in geothermal is an advantage.
- Has valid and active K3 Migas Supervisor Level Has valid and active Fire Fighting Level A.
- Experienced in audit process.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve QHSE programs in compliance with Indonesian regulations, company standards, and international best practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable oil and gas regulations, including K3 Migas requirements.
- Monitor field operations to ensure effective implementation of safe work practices, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response procedures.
- Conduct audits, inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, and incident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Lead safety campaigns and promote a proactive safety culture across all operational areas.
- Prepare and maintain accurate QHSE reports, performance indicators, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment with quality and safety objectives.
- Support certification processes, management reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Knowledge of all aspects of Quality, Health environmental and safety management systems.
- Demonstrates full understanding of safety culture and Quality Management system.
- Strong in reporting and administration.
- Ability to communicate to all level personnels in the field.
- Computer literacy.
- Fluent in English.
