Kualifikasi:
  • Min Bachelor in occupational health and safety or environmental
  • Having min 2-4 years working experiences in HSE, Security and Public Relations including but not limited to Government Relations, CSR and Operational Permit function
  • Hold certificate i.e.“Ahli K3 Migas, AK3 Umum is more preferred
  • Having experience audit from Client and Goverment will be advantage
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Carry out K3 programs both for his department, other departments and the office environment.
  • Checking PPE tools and work safety tools according to the validity period.
  • Provide a report to the direct supervisor for the replacement of PPE and work safety if the validity period has expired.
  • Coordinate with other departments in the replacement of PPE equipment and work safety.
  • Conduct counseling and promotions related to K3 in the office environment.
  • Conduct inspections and investigations for K3 needs.
  • Coordinate with superiors regarding the needs needed to meet the work targets of the QHSE department.
  • Evaluate the existing SOPs whether they are still appropriate.
  • Assist the QHSE Manager for ISO accreditation needs by coordinating with other departments.
  • Assist in problems and issues related to QHSE.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Strong knowledge in International HSE and related code, practice and standards (API,OSHA,NFPA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc), Government of Indonesia HSE regulation (Migas, Depnaker, KLH), HAZID, HAZOP or other Risk Management tools
  • Know and have been involved in Anti Bribery and Corruption audits
  • Have strong and experience project support managerial skill
  • Fluency in English
