Kualifikasi:

Minimum 2 years experience in logistics, warehouse and trucking.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Bachelor Degree of food technology (priority)
Willing to be placed at Sidoarjo.
Subject : QHSE NAMA

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Conduct safety patrol, safety talk/ briefing, safety induction and safety awareness program.
Investigation accident.
Pest Control Management.
Monthly Report QHSE (APAR, Hydrant, inspection, medicine, etc).
Hazard identification and MK3L risk assessment in the 3PL company.
Implementation of QHSE policies and guideline-based on government regulations applicable needs of the company.
Support existing and new customer audits.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Having knowledge about JSA, HIRAC, 5S, Inspection, government regulation related K3L, internal auditor.
Familiar with the computerized system (Ms. Office).
Having good analytical for accident investigation.
