Hold valid of certificate K3 Umum, K3 Migas, K3 Construction Incident Investigation (Considered)
Preferably having certification of Training of Trainer & ISO 9001;45001

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervision of the implementation of the company's QHSE procedures in the QHSE department and site operations, including the implementation of the QHSE requirements of the clients.
Conduct statistical analysis trends on the implementation of QHSE program performance, HSE Card, near miss, Observation and report to QHSE Manager.
Analyze the implementation of Drills, analyze the implementation of the Self-verification QHSE Department and report it to the QHSE Manager.
Assist the QHSE manager in coordinating with the certification body and making external audit scheduling.
Analysis of root cause and traction incidents.
Monitoring and analysis of safety performance.
Analyst gap reviews and updates on regulatory compliance in the company's management system.
