Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in QHSE management, preferably within shipping and oil & gas industry.
Holds a valid K3 Migas Certification and preferably Ahli K3 Umum (Kemenaker) or equivalent recognized safety certification.
Proven experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis, including developing preventive and corrective action plans.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Quality and Product Management System: Ensure that the process of sampling, quality testing, transportation, and storage of mineral commodities is in accordance with established quality standards; Coordinate with laboratories (internal or external) in quality testing and handle quality nonconformities.
Occupational Safety and Health: Supervise the implementation of OHS procedures in all trading activities such as loading, hauling, warehouses, and docks; Ensure the use of PPE, heavy equipment inspections, and OHS training for internal staff and partners/vendors; Handle and report work accidents and near misses, prepare corrective actions.
Environment and Compliance: Ensure that waste management, mineral spills, and logistics activities do not cause environmental pollution; Conduct inspections of storage and transportation conditions of raw materials/minerals so as not to have a negative impact on the surrounding environment; Assist in preparing environmental documents if necessary (UKL-UPL, Environmental Service reporting).
Audit, Inspection, and Reporting: Conduct routine QHSE inspections of work locations: warehouses, ports, laboratories, weighing stations, and transport vehicles; Prepare and assist internal/external audit processes (either from clients, government, or ISO certification bodies); Prepare weekly and monthly QHSE reports for management.
Education and Coaching: Provide internal training related to SOP handling, quality inspection, K3 and work discipline; Conduct safety induction for new workers and third parties in the field; Promote a safe and quality-compliant work culture at all levels of the organization.
We are looking for a QHSE Supervisor to join our team and lead the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Management System across operations in the fuel trading and marine sectors.
This role requires a professional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about driving a strong safety culture and operational excellence.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Strong understanding of Integrated Management System (IMS) based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3 (PP 50/2012) — including system implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement.
Familiar with ISM Code (International Safety Management) and ISPS Code (International Ship and Port Facility Security) implementation, including safety drills, security plans, and compliance documentation.
Experienced in marine operations safety, including bunkering activities, ship-to-ship transfer, and port facility safety protocols.
Skilled in HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control), and capable of developing, implementing, and reviewing effective safety procedures.
Competent in conducting internal audits for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, including audit planning, reporting, and NCR closure.
Able to prepare QHSE and compliance reports, conduct training and safety briefings, and liaise with classification societies, certification bodies, clients, and authorities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach across multi-site operations.
