Kualifikasi:

Proven experience in QHSSE implementation.
Background in oil & gas, EPC, or marine industries is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
Certifications (Preferred): Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor ISO 9001, 14001, 45001. Additional certification in ISO 37001 / ISO 29001 is a plus.

We are currently looking for a QHSSE Coordinator/ ISO Specialist to support one of our clients, an oil & gas services company, based in Jakarta.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead the management of QHSSE systems and ISO compliance.
Prepare for audits, conduct internal audits, and manage audit reporting.
Ensure compliance with: - ISO 9001 (Quality Management). - ISO 14001 (Environmental Management). - ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).
Ideally support implementation of: - ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery). - ISO 29001 (Oil & Gas).
Work closely with QHSE teams both on-site and in the office.
Coordinate with QHSE Officers across multiple functions.
Report directly to the Operations Manager.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Soft Skills: Strong leadership & coordination. Detail-oriented and analytical thinking. Communication & stakeholder management.
Hard Skills: Strong hands-on experience in ISO systems and audit processes. ISO system management & documentation. Audit planning & execution. Risk assessment & compliance monitoring. Able to work in a dynamic, multi-project environment.
