Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in K3 / Kesmas / Technic (Enviro, Industry, Civil, Safety).
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in QSHE.
- Experience in multinational logistics, transport, or supply chain industry and Japanese company is preferred.
- Certified in others K3 / ISO certification (prefered).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct incident investigation, preparing incident report and monitoring corrective action and preventive action from the incident, including nearmiss.
- Conduct internal site monthly safety committee inspection and meeting and prepare P2K3 report (site) to Disnaker.
- Ensure all daily check sheet are performed by the operator, such as pre-use check forklift, pre-use check truck, daily check sheet, working permit from vendor, etc.
- Performing daily observation related to unsafe action and unsafe condition in the major site and weekly frequent in sub site.
- Conduct training and awareness to the workers related to Health Safety and Environment, including induction to new workers and contractors / vendor workers on site.
- Conduct risk assessment based on HIRADC/JSA for major site and sub site.
- Preparing emergency response plan for site, perform training related to emergency response to the site emergency response team and conduct emergency drill, including mock recall and traceability.
- Manage inspection for emergency equipment such as portable fire extinguisher, first aid box, emergency lamp, evacuation route, etc., quarterly color code inspection for heavy equipment such as forklift and own truck.
- Monitoring license validity: operator SIO, equipment SIA and general building facility equipment such as fire hydrant, fire detector, lightning protector, etc.
- Monitoring and ensuring all documented information used in site are up to date.
- Providing weekly and monthly report related to HSE.
- Assist for CSMS and sales tim bidding process related to QHSE.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Quality & HSE auditing, ISO 9001/14001/45001 management, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), warehousing & transport safety inspections, and QSHE reporting.
- Soft Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Assertive communication, strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and cross-departmental collaboration.
