Kualifikasi:
- Minimum D3/S1 in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
- 1–3 years of experience in HSE/QHSE/QAQC (preferably LNG/Oil & Gas).
- HSE/K3 certifications are a strong advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular HSE (K3L) inspections and SHEQ audits.
- Prepare incident/near-miss reports along with preventive recommendations.
- Develop, update, and socialize safety SOPs and programs.
- Coordinate safety training and safety induction for employees & contractors.
- Monitor safety equipment readiness (APAR, gas detectors, alarms, etc.).
- Support the implementation of SHEQ and ISO standards.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of K3L, Permit to Work, HIRA/JSA.
- Skilled in preparing incident reports and safety audit documentation.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working in high-risk environments.
