Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within catering, hospitality, food production, or healthcare food services.
Certification in Basic Safety / K3 Umum / Food Safety is an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Conduct daily safety and hygiene inspections across kitchens, food preparation areas, dining halls, and accommodation facilities.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation rules, and occupational safety requirements.
Identify potential hazards related to kitchen operations, equipment handling, hot surfaces, knives, chemicals, and food contamination.
Conduct risk assessments and propose corrective and preventive actions.
Respond to workplace incidents, food safety issues, near misses, or injuries.
Prepare incident reports and conduct root cause analysis.
Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and refresher training.
Support onboarding safety orientation for new employees.
