Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within catering, hospitality, food production, or healthcare food services.
  • Certification in Basic Safety / K3 Umum / Food Safety is an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Conduct daily safety and hygiene inspections across kitchens, food preparation areas, dining halls, and accommodation facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation rules, and occupational safety requirements.
  • Identify potential hazards related to kitchen operations, equipment handling, hot surfaces, knives, chemicals, and food contamination.
  • Conduct risk assessments and propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Respond to workplace incidents, food safety issues, near misses, or injuries.
  • Prepare incident reports and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and refresher training.
  • Support onboarding safety orientation for new employees.
  • Maintain HSE records, inspection forms, hygiene monitoring logs, and incident reports.
  • Assist in internal and external audits (HACCP, GMP, ISO standards).
  • Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
  • Ensure emergency exits, signage, and evacuation routes are well-maintained.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000) is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of local K3 regulations, safety standards, emergency procedures, and sanitation requirements.
  • Familiar with safety audits, risk assessments, incident reporting, and hygiene inspections.
  • Able to work in a dynamic, multi-location environment (kitchen, dining area, production area, event site).
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and training delivery skills.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
