Kualifikasi:

Minimum 5 years experience in construction project.
Certified in General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum – Kemnaker RI) or other recognized international safety certifications (NEBOSH/OSHA/IOSH is a plus).
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or relevant field.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Coordinate and implement safety management systems in construction projects in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct and supervise daily safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identifications at the site.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures by workers, subcontractors, and site visitors.
Prepare and deliver safety induction, toolbox talks, and regular safety training for employees and contractors.
Monitor and control the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure all safety devices are in proper condition.
Lead and assist in incident/accident investigations, reporting, and corrective action implementation.
Maintain and update safety performance records and reports for management review.
Coordinate with the Project Manager and HSE Manager in implementing Zero Accident and Safety Awareness culture at the project site.
Support and participate in emergency drills (fire, evacuation, first aid, etc.) on-site.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, scaffolding, confined space, lifting operations, and hot work safety. Skilled in preparing and reviewing HSE documentation (Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment, Safety Plan, and Incident Reports). Familiar with safety audit, inspection, and compliance monitoring. Ability to coordinate safety drills, induction, and toolbox meetings effectively.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory skills to ensure safety compliance among workers and subcontractors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and workers. Problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to hazard control. High discipline, integrity, and attention to detail. Able to speak English.
