Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Safety Engineer in the construction industry.
Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent).
Willing to be placed in Project Kerawang or Kalimantan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures.
Conduct safety risk assessments and ensure proper preventive measures are in place.
Ensure compliance with government safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the construction site and equipment.
Identify unsafe practices and conditions, report findings, and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure availability on site.
Prepare detailed reports and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes.
Liaise with local authorities regarding safety inspections and audits.
Assist in obtaining and maintaining safety certifications required for the project.
Ensure that all safety documentation, such as permits, hazard reports, and inspection logs, is properly maintained.
Maintain accurate records of safety performance and incidents.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Good command in written and oral English.
Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
