Kualifikasi:

Hiring 2 person safety/HSE must have K3 lisence placed in Konawe.
Minimum D3/S1 education in the field of Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Mandatory Certification of General K3 Experts (AK3U) from the Ministry of Manpower.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ensure that all construction activities comply with occupational safety standards and government regulations.
Ensure HSE-related documents are available and compliant with regulatory standards.
Carry out regular inspections of the area to identify potential hazards.
Hold daily toolbox meetings to raise safety awareness.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Mastering national K3 regulations and related international standards.
Familiar with HSE Plan, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Permit to Work (PTW) documents.
Able to report and analyze risks related to K3.
Able to work as a team.
