Kualifikasi:
  • Candidate expected to be safety and healthy-minded.
  • All Major in bachelors/diploma degree.
  • Minimum in 1 years work experiences in mining industry (fresh graduate welcome).
  • Have a certificate AK3.
  • Candidates from Palembang and its surroundings are preferred.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Work closely with the field supervisor/foreman, to always ensure & provide direction and continue monitoring to all field workers to be consistent in implementing HSE in the work area.
  • Make daily reports and findings reports if there are discrepancies in the implementation of K3 in the field and report them to the field supervisor/foreman/office for follow-up and documentation.
  • Supervise daily workers to maintain and install K3L signs & protection in work areas that are needed and ensure environmental cleanliness is always maintained.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Able to work with Team.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Have good negotiation skills.
