Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8–10 years of HSE experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position within mining, mining construction, EPC, heavy civil works, infrastructure, or large-scale industrial projects.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certificate issued by the Ministry of Manpower. Additional certifications such as POP, POM, POU, SMK3 Auditor, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), Incident Investigation, Risk Management, or Mine Safety certifications will be highly preferred.
- Experienced in leading multidisciplinary HSE teams, managing contractor safety performance, conducting management reviews, and ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Willing to work on a roster basis and be assigned to Mining Construction Projects across Sulawesi and Kalimantan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the implementation of the Project HSE Management System in accordance with Indonesian mining regulations, SMK3, client requirements, and international best practices.
- Develop project HSE strategies, objectives, policies, procedures, and annual safety improvement programs to achieve zero harm and operational excellence.
- Ensure full implementation of HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS), emergency preparedness, and critical risk control programs across all project activities.
- Provide leadership, technical guidance, and mentoring to HSE personnel, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors to promote a strong safety culture.
- Review and approve risk assessments, lifting plans, excavation plans, method statements, emergency response plans, and safe work procedures for high-risk construction activities.
- Monitor project HSE performance through inspections, audits, behavioral safety observations, KPI analysis, compliance reviews, and management reporting.
- Lead incident investigations, determine root causes, oversee corrective and preventive actions, and ensure lessons learned are effectively communicated throughout the organization.
- Coordinate emergency response planning, crisis management, rescue drills, and liaison with clients, regulatory authorities, and external emergency services.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, environmental protection, waste management, and sustainability requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare executive HSE reports, safety statistics, regulatory submissions, management presentations, and recommendations for continuous improvement to senior management and project stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by promoting proactive safety leadership, employee engagement, contractor performance management, and best practices across all Mining Construction Projects.
