Kualifikasi:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Safety Officer or HSE Specialist within civil construction, building, or infrastructure development projects.
Mandatory Certification: Certified Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) from Kemnaker RI with valid registration in the official Teman K3 system, or Ahli Muda K3 Konstruksi certification (BNSP/LPJK).
Full willingness to be placed on-site in Bekasi, West Java.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Plan, execute, and monitor daily Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs at the Bekasi project site in strict compliance with Indonesian regulations, SMKK PUPR guidelines, and corporate policies.
Conduct daily safety walkthroughs, site patrols, and hazard inspections across all construction zones to identify unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, and environmental non-conformances.
Review, verify, and monitor Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and Permits to Work (PTW) for high-risk construction activities, including heavy lifting, scaffolding erection, deep excavation, and hot work.
Lead site safety inductions, daily Toolbox Meetings (TBM), safety talks, and periodic OHS training sessions for site engineers, technicians, field crews, and sub-contractor personnel.
Inspect, verify, and enforce the mandatory usage, proper fitting, and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (APK) across the project site.
Exercise Stop Work Authority immediately upon identifying imminent hazards, unmitigated risks, or severe safety protocol violations threatening worker lives or site property.
Lead initial incident and near-miss investigations, determine root causes using standard methodologies, formulate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans, and compile comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports for the Project Manager and Corporate HSE Division.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Hard Skills: On-site construction safety inspection, HIRADC and JSA formulation, Permit to Work (PTW) verification, SMKK PUPR compliance auditing, PPE/APK maintenance inspection, incident investigation reporting, and HSE performance data tracking.
Soft Skills: Assertive field leadership, clear and persuasive communication, active listening, acute hazard observation, problem-solving under operational stress, high integrity, and team collaboration.
