Kualifikasi:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Engineering, Environmental Health, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experiences as a Safety Officer, preferably in data center, construction, MEP, or infrastructure projects.
Possess valid K3 certification (AK3 Umum/Electrical from Kemnaker) or other relevant safety certifications.
Experience in conducting daily safety inspections, safety patrols, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
Willing to work under project-based assignments and flexible working hours if required.
Experienced in conducting hazard identification, risk assessment (HIRADC/JSA), and implementing control measures.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Conduct daily safety inspections and safety patrols on-site.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and safety procedures.
Implement and monitor work permit systems.
Lead toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records.
Support emergency response and evacuation planning (especially in critical facilities like data centers).
Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and site teams.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and their implementation in project environments.
Familiar with work permit systems, including hot work, working at height, confined space, and electrical work.
Able to investigate incidents/accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Good understanding of fire safety, emergency response procedures, and evacuation plans in critical facilities such as data centers.
Ability to prepare safety documentation, reports, and compliance records.
Good communication skills to coordinate with contractors, project managers, and site teams.
Able to work on-site and monitor safety implementation in daily project activities.
Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
