Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (HSE/K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Safety Officer, HSE Officer, or a similar role.
- Experience in construction, industrial, oil & gas, mining, or energy projects is highly preferred.
- Experienced in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), contractor safety management, and incident investigation.
- Valid General Occupational Health & Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) Certificate is preferred.
- Construction Safety Certification (AK3 Construction) is an advantage.
- Willing to work onsite at the Sorowako Office.
- Candidates domiciled in Sorowako and surrounding areas will be given preference.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement, monitor, and continuously improve Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable government regulations.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments (HIRADC), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) to ensure safe project execution.
- Monitor compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and safe work procedures across all project activities.
- Conduct Safety Induction, Toolbox Meetings, safety awareness campaigns, and HSE training programs for employees and contractors.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, inspection records, safety statistics, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external HSE audits, inspections, and follow-up actions to ensure continuous compliance and improvement.
- Support emergency preparedness programs, emergency response drills, and environmental protection initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and contractors to promote a proactive safety culture and achieve Zero Accident performance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Occupational Health & Safety regulations, SMK3, and industry best practices.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System is preferred.
- Capable of conducting workplace safety inspections, audits, safety observations, and compliance monitoring.
- Able to prepare HSE procedures, risk assessments, safety reports, and regulatory documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, will be an advantage.
