Kualifikasi:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields is preferred.
- More than 3 years' experience at a coal-fired plant in similar positions and roles.
- Prepared and responsive in handling emergency situations (fire, earthquakes, evacuations).
- Have certifications on OHS expert certified (AK3 Umum, AK3 Konstruksi, AK3 Migas, AK3 Listrik or equivalent); Basic firefighting or Fire Class D; Basic First Aiders.
- Willing to work in Cirebon.
- Temporary based under Third Party Contract.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the OHS Leader and Plant Admin Manager to ensure the preparation of procedure/instruction for power plant operation from an OHS point of view and in Facility Management (FM) activities.
- Ensure the development and implementation of an effective OHSMS, organize regular reviews, and ensure they are up to date and that its implementation follows applicable codes, standards, and legislation.
- Ensure the achievement of OHS Goals and Targets (KPI) and monitor the implementation.
- Liaise and support the Emergency Response Committee and fire team members.
- Inspect safety equipment for facility management with appropriate equipment is available as required.
- Make recommendations on the replacement and/or repair of equipment.
- Make inspections of places of business to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Take part in the event of a fire to ensure a safe, effective, and controlled response.
- Take part in the incident reporting and investigation process according to facility management event.
- Maintain records on the incidence of fire, injuries, and loss of property by fire case.
- Prepare reports on all areas to the OHS & Plant Admin & GA.
- Implement safety education and awareness programs for all Facility Management, including but not limited to CEPR and other contractor members.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Having knowledge and understanding of hazard identification and incident investigation reporting.
- Analytical, results-oriented, and experienced in solving problems related to work methods and the use of work tools.
- Understands national OHS regulations and building management standards.
- Capable of conducting risk assessments for maintenance tasks (such as working at heights, confined space, and/or electrical work).
- Skilled in preparing OHS reports and conducting periodic workplace audits.
