Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Health, or a related field of study.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in environmental inspection, preferably in shipyard, marine engineering, or heavy industrial facilities.
- Mandatory AK3U KEMNAKER Certification with active status.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily field inspections across shipyard workfronts, dry docks, fabrication shops, and vessel repair areas to ensure environmental compliance.
- Inspect Hazardous and Toxic Waste (Limbah B3) storage, labeling, containment, and handling procedures to prevent soil, air, and marine contamination.
- Perform environmental sampling and field measurements, including industrial wastewater discharges, ambient air quality, stack emissions, and noise levels.
- Verify compliance with ISO 14001 standards, AMDAL/UKL-UPL requirements, and site environmental management plans during daily operations.
- Monitor the operational condition and maintenance of oil-water separators, bilge treatment systems, and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP/IPAL).
- Issue non-conformance reports (NCR) for environmental violations, follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and track issue closure.
- Assist in environmental incident investigations, emergency spill response drills, and the preparation of daily inspection logs and statutory compliance reports.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Site environmental inspection, hazardous waste (B3) auditing, environmental sampling & monitoring, ISO 14001 compliance verification, non-conformance tracking (CAPA), wastewater monitoring, and field inspection reporting.
- Soft Skills: Observational accuracy, assertive site communication, firmness, analytical problem-solving, team collaboration, and environmental stewardship.
