Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in EPC, construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
- Possess valid Occupational Health and Safety (K3) certification relevant to the position and as recommended or required by the company's HSSE department.
- Experienced in implementing and monitoring HSE programs and safety standards at project/site locations.
- Willingness to be deployed full-time at site project locations.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily site safety inspections, monitoring high-risk activities such as hot work, confined space entry, heavy lifting, and working at heights.
- Review and assist in drafting Job Safety Analyses (JSA/JHA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessments and Determining Controls (HIRADC), and Work Permit documentation.
- Deliver mandatory safety inductions to site personnel, visitors, and sub-contractors, as well as leading daily toolbox meetings.
- Inspect fire protection systems, personal protective equipment (PPE), heavy construction equipment, and rigging gear prior to operational use.
- Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, issuing stop-work orders when necessary and tracking immediate corrective actions.
- Assist in incident and near-miss investigations, executing root cause analysis (RCA) and preparing preliminary safety reports.
- Compile and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HSE tracking metrics, site logs, and statutory compliance documentation.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Familiar with HSE/HSSE regulations, safety procedures, risk assessment, JSA/JHA, HIRADC, and safety inspection practices.
- Able to conduct toolbox meetings, safety inductions, safety inspections, and incident/accident reporting.
- Good understanding of applicable Indonesian occupational safety and environmental regulations.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
