Education Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial), Environmental Engineering or related technical discipline.
Work Experience Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer / HSE Officer.
Certified Safety Officer / AK3 (or equivalent national certification).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Conduct safety inspections, audits, and assessments at client sites.
Support clients in implementing and maintaining safety management systems.
Identify safety hazards and assess associated risks.
Assist in the investigation of incidents and near misses.
Prepare clear, accurate, and professional safety reports for clients and internal management.
Communicate safety findings and recommendations to clients professionally.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, sustainability, and compliance.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong understanding of Occupational Health & Safety regulations, International standards such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Risk-based safety management systems.
Ability to conduct Safety inspections and assessments, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA / HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Competent in Preparing technical safety reports, Reviewing client safety documentation and procedures.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
