Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Min. 2 years experience in HSE (manufacturing/industrial); chemical or energy industry preferred.
- Certified in Indonesian K3 (AK3 Umum/Kimia preferred).
- Placement: Karawang New Industry City (KNIC).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure implementation of HSE (K3), environmental, and fire safety regulations in compliance with Indonesian laws and company standards.
- Support certification processes (SLO and other related permits).
- Identify, evaluate, and monitor workplace hazards; ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Assist in ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 system implementation and audits.
- Conduct regular HSE inspections and provide improvement recommendations.
- Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records.
- Coordinate with government authorities and external parties on HSE matters.
- Perform other HSE-related duties as assigned.
- Any necessary job if site required.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Familiar with Indonesian HSE regulations and compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office and reporting.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 is a plus.
