Kualifikasi:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Safety Officer, HSE Officer, or in a related safety role within logistics, port operations, transportation, warehousing, mining, or industrial sectors.
- Possess a valid AK3 Umum certification. Additional certifications such as POP, PPJK, ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, First Aid, Fire Fighting, or other HSE-related certifications will be an advantage.
- Preferably local candidates from the respective placement area.
- Willing to be assigned to Jakarta, Surabaya, Makassar, Sorowako, or Balikpapan.
- Able to join within 1 month.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs across operational sites.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, workplace inspections, and safety observations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations, company standards, and client requirements.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and awareness programs.
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, statistics, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities and support continuous improvement initiatives in safety performance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (SMK3), risk assessment, incident investigation, safety inspection, and permit-to-work systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of preparing accurate reports, safety documentation, and operational records.
- Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a dynamic operational environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
