Kualifikasi:

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
Total experience 5 years in Health and Safety Field, preferably in power plant industry.
Holding an AK3 Umum Certificate.
Holding an Internal Auditor SMK3 Certificate will be an advantage.
Holding a Firefighting Class C Certificate will be an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement OHS Management system of the company to comply with ISO 45001 and SMK3.
Conduct safety induction to employees, subcontractors, vendors, and visitors.
Conduct internal training for employees to enhance safety awareness.
Liaise at site with government bodies such as manpower office.
Involved in emergency drill carried out periodically.
Involved in safety patrol/inspections and communicate issues encountered to the related department for rectification.
Conduct weekly exercise and safety talks for employees and contractors.
Involved directly in incident investigation team to find the root cause of an incident and provide recommendation.
Involved in Emergency Response Team during Emergency evacuation and able to act as first aider and fire warden.
Involved in Review of OHS Procedures and periodic socializations.
