Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
  • Total experience 5 years in Health and Safety Field, preferably in power plant industry.
  • Holding an AK3 Umum Certificate.
  • Holding an Internal Auditor SMK3 Certificate will be an advantage.
  • Holding a Firefighting Class C Certificate will be an advantage.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Implement OHS Management system of the company to comply with ISO 45001 and SMK3.
  • Conduct safety induction to employees, subcontractors, vendors, and visitors.
  • Conduct internal training for employees to enhance safety awareness.
  • Liaise at site with government bodies such as manpower office.
  • Involved in emergency drill carried out periodically.
  • Involved in safety patrol/inspections and communicate issues encountered to the related department for rectification.
  • Conduct weekly exercise and safety talks for employees and contractors.
  • Involved directly in incident investigation team to find the root cause of an incident and provide recommendation.
  • Involved in Emergency Response Team during Emergency evacuation and able to act as first aider and fire warden.
  • Involved in Review of OHS Procedures and periodic socializations.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Familiar with ISO 45001 and SMK3.
  • Familiar Security Management System in Power Plant will be an advantage.
