Associate or Bachelor (or above) degree in Engineering or related.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field. Having experience working in a maintenance team.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Conduct Risk Assessment together with Supervisor and Planner for All maintenance Activity to ensure all the HSE risk identified and propose control.
Assist supervisor in preparing Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and approve if ready.
Check and review Contractor JSEA based on their activity.
Provide guidance to implement, perform and monitor the requirements for critical activities at the maintenance for which they are responsible.
Ensure compliance with the requirements established for people, facilities and equipment, and procedures, for the relevant critical activities at all maintenance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Able to operate computers and MS Office programs.
Able to work in a team or individually.
Good communication skills & understand K3 regulations.
